Free, Flat Rate and Reduced Rate Shipping Policy

• This Free, Flat Rate and Reduced Rate Shipping Policy only applies to eligible Market America products and brands* purchased through this Site. All non-eligible items will be charged Standard Shipping Rates.
• To be eligible for Free Shipping, orders must contain at least $125 in eligible products after all applicable discounts have been applied to the order (excluding taxes and other fees). All orders containing less than $125 in eligible products are eligible for $6 Flat Rate shipping.
• Shipping costs are not to exceed $75.
• Two types of Reduced Rate Shipping are available for eligible orders:
  • UPS Mail Innovations. This Reduced Rate Shipping option is available for orders containing eligible products that weigh less than 15 ounces. These orders can be shipped using UPS Mail Innovations at a rate of $3.00. Packages travel through the regular UPS network until they reach your local U.S. Post Office branch, where they are handed off to the local mail carrier to be delivered with the regular mail. All non-eligible Market America products will be treated separately and charged Standard Shipping Rates.
  • UPS Surepost. This Reduced Rate Shipping option is available for orders that contain less than $125 in eligible products, weigh less than 10 pounds and are addressed for residential delivery. These orders can be shipped using UPS Surepost at a rate of $4.00 or 3% of the order amount, whichever is higher. Packages travel through the UPS ground network and are then delivered by the local mail carrier in the destination city. Average transit times are one day longer than normal UPS Ground. All non-eligible Market America products will be treated separately and charged Standard Shipping Rates.
  • If an order is eligible for Reduced Rate Shipping, the Reduced Rate price and option will be offered during checkout.
• Items that qualify for Free or Flat Rate Shipping will have a tag indicating eligibility.
• Free and Flat Rate Shipping are only available for eligible Market America products shipped to U.S. delivery addresses in the 50 U.S. States and the U.S. Territories of American Samoa, Guam, Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands as well as the Bahamas.
• Reduced Rate Shipping is only available for eligible Market America products shipped to U.S. delivery addresses in the 48 contiguous United States. UPS Surepost orders must be shipped to a residential address.
• Free, Flat and Reduced Rate Shipping only apply to APO/FPO addresses when using a United States Zip Code.
• You are responsible for providing complete and accurate address for the delivery of the order.
• All orders returned to us due to undeliverability or refusal will be charged standard shipping rates if you request that we reship the order.
• Our carriers do not deliver on weekends.
• We reserve the right to change or discontinue Free, Flat, Standard and/or Reduced Rate Shipping at any time.
• The cost of shipping your order will be displayed at checkout. By completing your order you are agreeing to pay the shipping cost displayed at checkout. If for some reason the shipping cost displayed at checkout is more than what is stated in this Shipping Policy, you agree to pay the shipping cost displayed at checkout.
• Free Shipping may not be offered in conjunction with some coupons/promotions and deals.
